Hôtel was very clean & fresh. Staff on arrival so friendly and helpful. Room big, clean and overlooking the pool area. Reasonably priced drinks. Free safe to use which was great! Good hot shower. Couple minutes walk to beach and promenade with lots of bars & restaurants Taxi from airport was €18 there is a bus that is only €5 but we had late arrival so opted for taxi Supermarket directly opposite hotel reception is cash only but has a decent selection of drinks & snacks. Would definitely stay again!

We had an excellent stay here, despite the negative reviews we had read. The hotel is close to the airport, super close to the beach and good views, and handy to Palma. The room was a good size, with a wardrobe, safe, ensuite; and, a bonus balcony which we weren’t expecting! The staff were friendly which is welcoming, and helpful when we arrived in quite late; as well as cleaners who cleaned our room every day. Overall, an excellent stay and would recommend!

The property exceeded my expectations. The room is clean, with a balcony and a friendly neibourhood around. Its a bit off the main attractions, but next to a bus stop and a bus will take you to the centre of Palma in 35 minutes. I really enjoyed my stay there and that was a good value for money.

Stayed in the annex Teide building, which is a couple blocks away from the main building that has the front desk/amenities. Location was good, just a 5-minute walk to the beach, and close to a couple bus stops. Room was clean and comfortable. Wifi worked fine. Staff provided good service.

Very nice sweet hotel to stay with friends. It s not so far away from ballerman 6 and you have a Lidl within 2 minutes footwalk. Price was acceptable. But they should mention that there are two house in that hotel and the pool is only in the prime house. All in all very good!
